Tuna Sushi

The cucumber and red sausage are cut into strips, the length is about the same as the width of sushi nori.

Soak the rice for about 20 minutes and steam. The rice is soft and hard, not too soft. When the rice is cooked and warmed up, add a little sushi vinegar and stir evenly.

Put a piece of sushi seaweed on the roller blind, put the rice on the seaweed and compact it.

Spread an appropriate amount of salad dressing.

Put cucumber, red sausage, seasoned radish, tuna and pork floss in sequence.

Roll up the rolling curtain and roll the sushi firmly without any gaps in the middle.

Cut the sushi rolls to a thickness of about 1 cm.

The delicious sushi is complete, topped with sushi soy sauce and wasabi, the taste is amazing.
Tips:
1. Add sushi vinegar when the rice is warm, and add a small amount, so as not to be too sour to affect the taste;
2. The rice is sticky. If it is not easy to press, you can rinse the rice spoon with pure water. If the bottom is wet, the rice will not stick.
