Turnip Pancakes

Prepare the ingredients

Peel and shred the radishes, I like to cut them thicker and have a better taste

Steam for 10 minutes until soft

Cut pork belly into small pieces

In a hot pan, fry the pork belly into oily residue

Add flour and water to make a thicker batter

Add steamed shredded radish, pork belly and chopped green onions to the batter, then add salt, sugar, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste and mix well
