Twice Cooked Pork

Pork belly in a pot under cold water, add scallions and sliced ginger and cook until it's ripe. Remove

Cook the pork belly and let it cool and slice it. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections diagonally. Separate the garlic stems from the garlic leaves.

Start the pot and cook oil, put the pork slices and stir fry

Fry the pork slices with slightly yellow edges, push the meat aside, add the bean paste to a low heat and stir fry, stir fry with the pork belly after the red oil is out.

Stir the garlic stalks together

Add garlic leaves and stir fry before serving

Put it out of the pot and serve it on the plate.
Tips:
The bean paste I used was salty, so no salt was added.
The garlic sprouts must not be fried for a long time.
