Twice Cooked Pork

Take about 200g pork belly, cut green onion into sections, slice carrot and garlic
2.
Boil the pork belly in boiling water for five or six minutes, take out and cut into thin slices
3.
Start the frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly
4.
Add all the ingredients and stir fry together
5.
Add soy sauce and bean curd sauce and continue to stir fry
6.
It will be out of the pot in about ten minutes
