Twice-cooked Pork Bun
1.
Cook the pork belly and let it cool, slice onion, ginger, garlic, mince green, red pepper, and garlic sprouts (you can buy ready-made pancakes, or you can make them at home).
2.
Add 80% of the oil to the twice-cooked meat and stir-fry to get the oil, then add pepper, ginger, garlic, green onion, tempeh, bean paste and stir fry to get the flavor (the pancake is more oil-absorbing, you can add more oil)
3.
Add green and red peppers and pancakes and stir-fry for a while. Add garlic sprouts and continue to stir-fry.
4.
Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to make the color. The tempeh and bean paste dark soy sauce has a heavier salt content, so you don't need to add salt. If you have a strong taste, add salt to it.
5.
