Twice-cooked Pork Ribs Braised Kelp

Soak the ribs in cold water and pull out the bleeding water.

Return the ribs to the knife, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, white sugar, and bay leaves to mix and marinate for 4 hours.

Add a little oil to the pan, and stir-fry the marinated ribs.

Pour the fried pork ribs into an electric clay cooker, add appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer.

Cut the kelp into pieces.

Simmer the ribs until 9 minutes cooked, return to the wok, add some original soup.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt according to the degree of color and saltiness.

Tips:
The kelp must be processed in advance, otherwise it will have to be braised for a while.
