The unit is off-season now, and the holiday is starting to take turns, so I have time to serve and cook. Today I was in a good mood and made two-color glutinous rice balls. The colors are pretty pretty.

Two-color Glutinous Rice Balls

1. Cut purple cabbage into cubes.

2. The purple cabbage is made into juice with a food processor.

3. Put glutinous rice flour and sugar in the basin.

4. Add the purple cabbage juice.

5. Cut carrots into pieces.

6. The carrots are beaten into juice with a food processor.

7. Knead into dough.

8. Knead into a smooth dough.

9. Roll into small rounds.

10. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.

11. Add small glutinous rice balls.

12. Cook for a few minutes.

13. Just wait for all the glutinous rice balls to come up.

14. Bowl.

Tips:

1. If the dough is slightly kneaded, the glutinous rice balls that are too soft and boiled are easy to be soft and not formed.
2. The glutinous rice balls can be made with pumpkin or purple sweet potato, or wrapped with sesame seeds and peanuts to make heart-packed glutinous rice balls.
