Two-color Glutinous Rice Balls

Soak the two rice for half a day in advance, mince the meat and mix in all the seasonings.

Take an appropriate amount of meat and knead into small balls.

Roll the meatballs on top of the soaked rice a few times to make the surface of the meatballs evenly stick to the glutinous rice. Place them on a plate, leaving a little space between each ball, put it in a steamer and steam it over high heat, about 30-40 minutes (the rice is fully soaked, which can shorten the steaming time). Steam it until the rice is cooked through. (A little more rice, I sprinkled it in in order not to waste, so the finished product is a bit unsightly 😂)
Tips:
You can add various ingredients like winter mushrooms to the minced meat.
