Two-color Green Onion Rolls

1. Prepare the necessary materials for the white dough.

2. Knead into a smooth dough.

3. Materials needed for purple dough.

4. Knead into purple smooth dough.

5. Proof the white dough to double its size.

6. The purple dough is proofed to twice its size.

7. The purple dough is vented and rolled into a rectangular shape.

8. The white dough is vented and rolled into a rectangular shape.

9. Picture a thin layer of corn oil on the purple dough, then place the white dough on the purple dough and press firmly.

10. Cut a knife in the middle of the picture and turn one side over.

11. Add corn oil again and sprinkle with chopped green onion, pepper powder, and salt.

12. Roll it up and put it in a warm place for a second proofing.

13. After proofing, cut into 3 sections.

14. Pan under cold water, and heat for 15 minutes after boiling.

15. It can be eaten after steaming.
