Two-color Rose Buns

Separate the main ingredients with one white and one yellow dough. After kneading it smoothly, add the ingredients directly. No need to wake up.

Roll out the two color agents into dumpling wrappers, and then arrange the six dumpling wrappers in sequence as shown in the picture.

Roll up the stacked dough from the top, making it tight. as the picture shows.

Cut the rolled noodles from the middle. Straighten the cut, and the rose will be ready.

Boil the water in the pot to 60% heat and turn off the heat. Put the finished roses in the pot and wake up for 12 minutes. Then steam for 12 minutes and turn off the heat. Don't uncover the pot immediately. Simmer for two minutes before uncovering the pan.

Tips:
1. Knead the dough with warm water and knead the dough smoothly;
2. The kneaded dough does not need to be awake, and the dough is applied directly. A set of six skins should be rolled tightly, otherwise the rose petals will be loose and unsightly;
3. Turn off the heat at 60% of the water temperature in the pot. After the steamed buns are put in the pot and wake up for 12 minutes, turn on the fire. After the pot is steamed, steam on high heat for 12 minutes. Simmer for 2 minutes before removing the lid.
