Two Prawns

Wash the shrimps and freeze them in the refrigerator for 1 hour. This step is to make the shrimps easy to peel.

After freezing, take out the separated shrimp body and head, peel off the shell of the shrimp body, take out the shrimp thread, wash and drain the water, cut off the tentacles and wash the feet of the shrimp head

Ground pepper and Chinese prickly ash mixed with 1 g table salt and 40 g cornstarch

Stir in the shrimp heads, so that the shrimp heads are evenly covered with powder, and marinate for 10 minutes; take a small bowl and mix with sesame oil, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and vinegar to make a sauce

Heat up the oil in a hot pan, add more oil, and fry the marinated shrimp heads until they are golden brown and the shrimp oil is ready to serve.

Tips:
The prawn head can be deep-fried, but my heartache is also very crispy.
