Typhoon Shelter cuisine is a delicacy from Hong Kong. It is usually used to cook seafood, but what I made today is a vegan lotus root. No matter how picky the child is, he can't stop his delicacy. 😊😊😊"

Typhoon Shelter Lotus Root

1. Prepare two fresh tender lotus roots. When choosing lotus roots, we have to choose tender and crispy ones. Peel and slice. Rinse repeatedly with clean water.

2. Two eggs, fried chicken powder and flour are mixed into a yogurt-like batter. If there is no fried chicken powder, use flour directly. You can add a little salt.

3. When the pan is 60% of the oil temperature, put the lotus root in the paste, slice by slice. Blow him up quickly. Lotus root can be eaten raw, so it must be fried fast.

4. Fire up after all of them are blown up. Re-fry for 30 seconds to make it more crispy.

5. Lift the pot to control the oil.

6. Prepare a little more garlic, I used one so much. Press it into garlic paste, millet spicy and 2 vitex strips cut into circles and set aside.

7. Wash the pot and pour a little oil. Fry the garlic on low heat.

8. Add the bread crumbs and stir-fry it evenly.

9. Turn to high heat, add lotus root slices and 2 vitex millet spicy, stir fry quickly.

10. Add the right amount of salt and white pepper.

11. Very delicious.

Tips:

When frying this dish, the hand speed must be fast, because if the garlic is fried for too long, it will have a little bitter taste.
