Umami Sea Cucumber

Soak in pure water for lyophilization for more than 10 hours.

Sea cucumber and rapeseed after soaking.

Boil water in a pot and add appropriate amount of oil and salt.

Add the rape.

Scald until the rape seedlings collapse and become broken.

Tips:
1. It should be paired with asparagus, because there is no, so I chose green rapeseed, which is not bad.
