Unbaked Pumpkin

Prepare the ingredients, a large piece of pumpkin, and clean the skin.

Wash the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. You don’t need to remove the skin, just wash it. It is easy to disperse when peeling off the skin, and it will become pumpkin puree when it is fried, and it will not form.

Prepare chopped green onion, garlic slices, and minced ginger.

Heat the wok, pour the oil, add the chopped green onion, minced ginger, and garlic slices until fragrant, then put the pumpkin pieces in the pan and stir-fry evenly.

Stir fry a few more times, and see that the side of the pumpkin is slightly softened. Season with salt.

Add appropriate amount of water, close the lid, simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat, and see if the pumpkin is soft. Add some green chili rings before they are out of the pan, and they can be served on a plate.

A plate of homemade unbaked pumpkin is ready. A very simple and common dish, but very warm and homely. The delicacies of the mountains and the sea will be greasy, and the most not annoying is our home-cooked dishes.
Tips:
Pumpkins are not recommended to remove the skin, just wash them, I use old loofah to scrub, it's very clean. If the pumpkin is removed from the skin, it is easy to soften and become muddy during the firing process, and it is not easy to form. If you really don’t like to eat the skins, you can pick them up after they are cooked.
