Unbaked Pumpkin

Wash the pumpkin, cut in half, and dig out the flesh.

Cut the pumpkin into pieces.
3.
Shred the green pepper.
4.
Scallion white slices.

Heat oil in a wok, simmer green onions and green peppers.

Add pumpkin cubes and stir fry.
7.
Add a spoonful of thirteen spice powder and stir fry for one minute. Add appropriate amount of water, the amount of water is less than half of the pumpkin.

Add a tablespoon and a half of salt when the water is visibly reduced.
9.
Add a spoonful of chicken essence.
10.
Collect the juice. After the juice is dried, turn off the heat and serve immediately after serving.
