Underwater World Custard
1.
Grease the bottom of the bowl and knock two eggs.
2.
Beat into egg liquid and strain it.
3.
Add 1.5 times to 2 times the salt water. Stir well, then pour out one third, and add shrimp skins and chopped green onions to the remaining two thirds of the egg mixture.
4.
The steamer is boiled in water, and the shrimp preserved egg mixture is covered with a plate and placed in the pot.
5.
Steam for about 10 minutes.
6.
Cut carrots into small fishes, blanch a few pieces of green leafy vegetables, and remove them.
7.
Remove the custard bowl, pour in the remaining egg mixture, and continue to cover the plate and steam for about 5 minutes.
8.
Take the custard out of the pot. (This time the amount is a little bit small, so the undertone of shrimp skin is slightly revealed, but it's okay, it's the underwater world anyway.)
9.
Tear the green vegetables into small aquatic plants, add carrots and small fish, and then add some green onions to make bubbles.
10.
The finished picture was taken with a mobile phone in the early morning light, so natural light is somewhat insufficient.
11.
The custard in the underwater world is given to the children in exchange for a good mood for a day.
Tips:
1. After beating the eggs, mix the salt in lukewarm water and mix well before putting it into the egg liquid, which will help level it;
2. This is the amount of two eggs, if it is 3 eggs, the steaming time will be adjusted accordingly;
3. When pouring the egg liquid for the second time, pay attention to slowly pour it in. I didn't pay attention to this, so the surface that was steamed for the first time was damaged a little when the heat and cold were mixed, and it was slightly uneven. Please pay attention when you do it.
