Unexpected Surprise-fried Steamed Buns with Tomato Sauce and Oil Residue
1.
Wash the hot peppers, cut into small circles and set aside (the minced garlic in the bowl is not used, and other dishes are fried, so I took pictures together)
2.
Cut the leftover buns into small pieces
3.
Add an appropriate amount of salt to the duck eggs and beat them into an egg liquid (eggs can be used as duck eggs, I think duck eggs are bigger than eggs, so I use duck eggs, but duck eggs are more fishy than eggs)
4.
Put the steamed buns into the beaten duck eggs, so that the steamed buns are evenly coated with egg liquid and set aside for a while, and the time should not be too long to prevent the steamed buns from becoming too soft
5.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, then add an appropriate amount of lard to heat
6.
Add the steamed buns coated in egg mixture and fry slowly on medium-low heat, and fry until golden on both sides.
7.
Heat oil again in the pot, add chili rings and stir fry, add oil residue and stir fry
8.
Then add the steamed buns
9.
Stir fry evenly
10.
Stir well and add a little tomato sauce
11.
Continue to stir fry evenly (use a little tomato sauce)
12.
Stir-fry and put it out on the pan
Tips:
This is a dish that came to my mind, but the taste is absolutely unexpected. It seems there is hope to solve the leftover steamed buns.
