Vanilla Butter Cookies

Weigh the butter.

Cut into cubes to soften, add powdered sugar and salt.

Mix the butter, powdered sugar, and salt with a spatula.

Whisk the butter at low speed.

Add the egg liquid to the butter three times and beat.

Mix flour with vanilla powder. Pour in the butter and mix until there is no dry powder.

Put the mixture into a piping bag and use a three-energy five-tooth piping nozzle.

Squeeze them one by one onto the baking tray, put them in the preheated oven, bake at 185 degrees for about 22 minutes, and then color.
9.
Out of the oven, so crisp, so fragrant!
Tips:
I use medium-gluten flour, which feels the same as eating with low-gluten. Just don't over-mix it when mixing the flour, and mix it until there is no dry powder.
