Vanilla Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Clean the chicken wings! Dispose of some ice ballast and other things. Ready to change the knife for each chicken wing!
2.
Take a chicken wing and open it on the reverse side. Generally, cut two or three cuts on one side. Use the knife against the edge of the chicken wing bone. Don't cut the wing bone!
3.
Two more cuts on the front!
4.
Choose soy sauce, vinegar, rice wine, etc. to marinate the chicken wings first,
5.
Cut the ginger slices, chop them into minced ginger, take a teaspoon of dried starch and put it into the whole chicken wings, mix and stir! Coke will be used later.
6.
Pour the starch and minced ginger into the chicken wings at one time to taste, rub the minced ginger into the chicken wings.
7.
Then add vinegar one by one, and continue to mix and knead the rice wine! Let the chicken wings be fully flavored and set aside for about ten minutes! Then cut the red bell peppers into slices
8.
Red sweet peppers are mainly used for matching. They can be cut into pieces according to the size of the chicken wings, which are slightly smaller than the chicken wings.
9.
After the chicken wings are fully flavored, start the pan, add the oil, pat the garlic, and add the chicken wings after sautéing! Pour the seasoning of the marinated chicken wings together, be careful of the hot pot!
10.
Flip the chicken wings so that each chicken wing is evenly heated and colored,
11.
After the chicken wings are colored, take 150ml of vanilla coke and pour it directly into the pot. If you don’t like the vanilla flavor, you can use the original coke! The coke will foam when it is poured, not too much, generally half to two-thirds of a bottle of coke is enough.
12.
After pouring the cola, slowly flip the chicken wings until the foam disappears.
13.
After the foam disappears, add the sliced bell peppers and continue to stir fry! At this time, the soup in the pot is not too much. If there is still a lot of soup, it is recommended to add the bell peppers after harvesting! Don't fry the bell peppers too old and change color! The presentation is unsightly.
14.
When the broth that has been stir-fried into the pan is slightly sticky with a shovel, the dish is ready.
15.
After serving the dishes, arrange the chicken wings, put the red pepper on the chicken wings, and sprinkle the broth from the bottom of the pot on the chicken wings. The chicken wings with herbs and cola are ready!
