A batter is baked by the magician in the oven and turned into a cake with three textures, no wonder it has a magical name "magic cake"! I used Christine. Yuye – Gomez's recipe for Christelle Huet-Gomez. "

Vanilla Magic Cake

1. Cut the vanilla pods in half and scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife

2. Put the vanilla shell into the milk, heat to a small boil on medium and low heat, then remove from the heat, soak for more than one hour

3. Separate the yolk and egg white, add water and sugar to the yolk, and beat until white

4. Melt the butter in insulated water, add the egg yolk paste, and mix well

5. Sift in low powder and salt and mix well

6. Add vanilla milk to the egg yolk paste in 4-5 times (remove the vanilla shell)

7. Beat the egg whites until dry

8. Mix the egg white and egg yolk paste, and use a whisk to stir a few times to leave a large piece of egg white on the surface. Put greased paper in the mold to prevent staining, pour the cake batter into the mold, and scrape the surface of the scraper flat

9. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 50 minutes

10. After being out of the oven and let cool, seal it and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

11. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to decorate!

Tips:

The mold for the magic cake must be solid! Because the batter is relatively thin.
