Vegetable Abalone and Ribs Soup

Cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger for later use.

Abalone, intestines, cleansing, cutting knife

Boil water in a pot and blanch the abalone. (It only takes a few seconds)

Wash the ribs and cut into small pieces.
5.
Put water in the pot, put the ribs into the pot with cold water, add the green onion and ginger, and boil until the water boils.

Skim the foam from the pot, remove the ribs and put them in an electric pressure cooker.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot.

Add two or three slices of ginger.

Choose meat ribs → soup, pressure and time are selected by default.

Press the add menu key midway.

Cut carrots into pieces and set aside.

Cut corn into pieces and set aside.

When the electric pressure cooker prompts to add vegetables in the middle, open the lid and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Add carrots and corn.

Cover the lid, press the start button, and the electric pressure cooker will continue to boil the soup.

After the pressure cooker has finished its work, press the button for collecting juice and improving flavor. (The soup does not need to collect the juice. This function is selected here to add abalone, so the juice collection time cannot be shortened to 3 minutes according to the default 8 minutes.

Open the lid and add the abalone into the pot.

The soup in the electric pressure cooker starts to boil, and the abalone is cooked after 3 minutes, and a pot of soup is completed.
