Vegetable and Fruit Salad

Ingredients: 500g potatoes, 200g intestines, 150g hawthorn cakes, 150g cucumbers, 2 avocados (one in the picture), 1 apple

Wash the potatoes, cut in half and steam for 30 minutes, let cool and cut into cubes. Dice the cucumber and marinate with salt, drain the water, and dice. Peel and core the apples and avocados and dice them. Dice the intestines and hawthorn cake.

Mix the ingredients except the avocado (the avocado should be put in after the salad dressing is finished to avoid crushing), and stir well.

Squeeze the salad dressing, a little pepper and salt and stir well, then add the avocado, and toss slightly.

Serve on a plate, ready to eat.
