Vegetable and Vermicelli Soup with Meatballs

Put the meatballs in the pot after the water is boiled. The frozen meatballs I bought take a long time to cook, so I put them in the pot very early. And throw in a few dried chilies and cook together.

After the meatballs are boiled for a few minutes, add potato chips. If you like crispy potato chips, cook them later.

The cabbage is cooked in the pot first, and finally the cabbage leaves are added before the pot is up. Add salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce during the season.

Then add the vermicelli, tomatoes and carrot slices.
