Vegetable Chicken Wings

First wash the chicken wings and prepare to remove the bones. Gently shave the edge of one side where the meat is attached, and then try to pull the bones to one side. If you can’t move it, you can use your fingers to go in and peel it off. Shave the upper part of the bone, and then pull it out. You can use a knife or scissors

Process the other five in the same way, then use old ginger, cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and set aside

Wash the carrots, pleurotus eryngii and lettuce heads and cut into vegetable sticks of the same length

Wait for the chicken wings to taste for about 10 minutes, then mix the vegetable sticks into the chicken wings
5.
Steam for 12 minutes in a pot with boiling water, simmer for two minutes, and out of the pot
