Vegetable Couscous

Pour olive oil into the pot, add onion, cinnamon powder and turmeric powder and stir fry with low heat; wait until the onion is slightly transparent, add carrots, and add water.

Pour in the potatoes and tomato pieces, add salt to taste, cover and simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes until the potatoes are soft; add green and red peppers, a little dried basil, stir well, and cook until the carrots and tomatoes are crispy~

Turn off the heat and sprinkle in an appropriate amount of couscous. The amount is determined by the remaining soup in the pot~ After mixing well, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. The couscous has all absorbed the soup. Sprinkle with pepper before serving.
