Vegetable Fritters

1. Eggs, carrots, green cauliflower, shallots, and flour are set aside.

2. Shred carrots, chopped greens and green onions.

3. Add salt to the eggs and mix well.

4. Then add vegetables and flour and mix well.

5. Heat a nonstick pan and add a small amount of oil.

6. Use a spoon to pour the mixed batter into the pot. Spoon a pie, flatten it with a spatula.

7. After frying on one side, turn it over and fry until golden on both sides.

8. Just install it.
