Vegetable Meat Cold Wonton

Prepared ingredients.

The greens are cleaned and blanched in boiling water to change color.

Remove and drain in cold water.

Use a food processor to break the processed vegetables.

Tips:
1. Mixing the processed vegetables with oil first can make the vegetables less juice when seasoning.
2. The cooked wonton will not stick after being mixed with oil and let cool.
3. The sauce of cold wonton can also be added with spicy oil or light soy sauce according to preference.
