Vegetable Pancakes with Fruits

Prepared tofu, leeks, and cabbage.

Chopped Chinese cabbage.

Finely chop the leeks.

Tofu chopped finely.
5.
Chopped green onion and ginger.

Add oil to the pot and heat it up.

Scallion and ginger until fragrant.

Stir-fry the tofu.

Add cabbage and continue to fry.

Put the chopped leeks, add the seasoning, and mix evenly.

Handmade pancakes bought.
