Vegetable Pizza

1. Cut broccoli and asparagus into small cubes. Heat in olive oil in a non-stick pan (I use an 8-inch pan). After the oil is hot (but not smoke), add broccoli and asparagus and fry for 2 minutes. Whisk the eggs in a bowl at the time.

2. Put the spinach leaves in the pot and stir fry a little. After the spinach leaves are soft, add a little salt, then pour in the egg mixture, bake on a low heat until the egg mixture has solidified, and turn off the heat. Put the cheese (or shred if you use slices), put it in the oven and heat it from above until the milk is melted and slightly golden.

3. Because each oven is different, you have to operate according to your own oven's instructions. You don’t need an oven. After putting the cheese, turn off the heat until the cheese melts.
