Vegetable porridge is light and delicious with less oil, less salt, and rich in nutrients. It is most suitable for breakfast.

Ingredients

Vegetable Porridge

1. Wash the rice, add a little salt and cooking oil, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot

3. Cover the lid and boil

4. Then add the marinated rice, turn the high heat to low heat for about half an hour

5. When the rice becomes thick and soft, the rice porridge is ready

6. Prepare fresh corn kernels, vegetable core kernels, carrot kernels (forgot to shoot)

7. Put an appropriate amount of rice porridge into a small pot and boil

8. Add corn kernels

9. Then add the cabbage core and carrot cubes

Tips:
