Vegetable Salad

1. Potatoes are boiled and diced after they are cooked

2. Another old potato, the more floury one, cooked and set aside

5. Four small onions are peeled, sometimes called red onions. Shanghai Carrefour sells it. It’s actually the size of a dollar coin

6. Chop the onion into small particles and set aside
