Vegetable Salad

1 small bitter chrysanthemum, 1 purple cabbage, 2 eggs, 1 green onion, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salad dressing, black pepper juice and olive oil.

First beat the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt.

Fry the beaten eggs into an omelet.

Shred.

Wash the purple cabbage.

Shred.

Wash the bitter chrysanthemum.

Cut into sections.

Shred the green onion.

Add some lemon juice (a few drops will do), 1 teaspoon of salad dressing, 1 teaspoon of black pepper juice, add some sweet and sour olive oil and stir well.
