Vegetable Tempura

Wash zucchini, red peppers, green peppers, eggplant, finger carrots, and shiitake mushrooms.

Wash and drain the slices for later use. Cut shiitake mushrooms.

Adjust the tempura batter, and other tools, pour oil in the pan, and heat it to 60% hot, then you can start the frying.

Tips:
