Fresh shiitake mushrooms. The vegetarian abalone made with just a few dollars is more delicious than real abalone. It is a little black horse on our dinner table at the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Vegetarian Abalone

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash and dry the mushrooms, starch, and a toothpick

2. Cut off the stalk of the shiitake mushroom from the root

3. Put it in a pot of boiling water and cook for two minutes, remove and let cool and dry

4. Cut a cross knife on the back of the shiitake mushrooms, then use a toothpick to fix the two ends

5. Coat shiitake mushrooms with starch

6. Use appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper powder, water starch to make a bowl of delicious soup for later use

7. Fry the pan until the oil heats up, put it in a fragrant pan and fry at 50% of the oil temperature

8. Deep-fried until golden and crispy and remove

9. Fry the toothpick out

10. Do not pour oil into the prepared sauce from another pot

11. Boil the sauce

12. Add the fried shiitake mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, let the shiitake mushrooms soak up the soup

13. Serve deliciously with some chopped green onion

Tips:

Cut the cross knife slightly and do not cut to the bottom
