Vegetarian Abalone

Prepare the ingredients, wash and dry the mushrooms, starch, and a toothpick

Cut off the stalk of the shiitake mushroom from the root

Put it in a pot of boiling water and cook for two minutes, remove and let cool and dry

Cut a cross knife on the back of the shiitake mushrooms, then use a toothpick to fix the two ends

Coat shiitake mushrooms with starch

Fry the pan until the oil heats up, put it in a fragrant pan and fry at 50% of the oil temperature
