Vegetarian Borscht

Potatoes, onions, carrots, tomatoes, beef cabbage (or cabbage), and celery (forgot to photograph them) are all diced. Add water to microwave the diced carrots to soften for 4-5 minutes, which can reduce the waiting time.

Melt a piece of vegetable butter in a pot on fire

First super soft onion and carrot
