Take an appropriate amount of shiitake mushroom sauce, this depends on personal taste and the amount of ingredients, I used two spoons

Chopped cilantro shallots and set aside

Lotus root, carrots, green bamboo shoots, peeled and cut into hob blocks

Garlic peeled and diced

Pour oil in the wok, fry the garlic and some shallots, and add the shiitake mushrooms

Stir fry for a fragrance

Pour vegetable cubes

Stir-fry and cover and simmer thoroughly, add sugar and light soy sauce before serving, add salt according to taste, and add coriander and chopped green onion after serving. Special note here, the pots are different, some pots need to add water when simmering, adjust according to your own kitchenware
Tips:
1. The vegetable dishes can be other favorite vegetable dishes, such as potatoes, eggplant, cauliflower and rice white, etc.;
2. The sauce can be used in other flavors, with different flavors;
3. Sauces are usually salty, so add salt as appropriate. The saltiness of shiitake mushroom sauce is not very high, so add appropriate amount of salt according to your taste.
