Vegetarian Braised Three Fresh

Take the right amount of shiitake mushroom sauce. The amount depends on personal taste and the amount of ingredients. I used two spoons.

Chop the coriander and shallots and set aside.

Peel the lotus root, carrot and green bamboo shoots and cut into pieces with a hob,

Peel and dice garlic.
6.
Pour oil in the wok, fry the garlic and some shallots, and add the mushroom sauce.

Stir fry for a fragrance.

Pour the vegetable pieces.

Stir-fry and cover and simmer thoroughly, add sugar and light soy sauce before serving, add salt according to taste, and add coriander and chopped green onion after serving. Special note here, the pots are different, some pots need to add water when braising, adjust according to your own kitchenware.
Tips:
1. The vegetable dishes can be other favorite vegetable dishes, such as potatoes, eggplant, cauliflower and rice white.
2. The sauce can be used in other flavors, with different flavors.
3. Sauces are usually salty, so add salt as appropriate. The saltiness of shiitake mushroom sauce is not very high, so add appropriate amount of salt according to your taste.
