Vegetarian Broccoli
1.
Broccoli is broken into small walnut pieces and soaked in water for half an hour. Adding a little baking soda to the water while soaking can quickly remove the pesticide residue on the flower buds.
2.
Boil the water in a pot, add a few drops of olive oil to make the broccoli greener, then add the broccoli, wait for the water to boil again, and finally pour the carrot slices, and remove it after one minute.
3.
Prepare another bowl of cold boiled water, pour the blanched ingredients into it, and quickly cool down to make it brittle.
4.
Take out the ingredients and put them on a plate, add salt, pour in olive oil and stir evenly. Friends who love garlic can also add minced garlic.
Tips:
My vegetarian broccoli is a basic version. If you add oyster sauce or other seasonings, you can change it in many flavors.
