Dumplings are traditional Chinese delicacies with many kinds of fillings. The vegetarian dumplings recommended for everyone today can be tasted by those who don’t like meat.

Vegetarian Dumplings

1. Wash and finely chop the leeks

2. The eggs are fried and chopped, (the scrambled eggs are more peanut oil)

3. Diced luncheon meat

4. Put the eggs, diced meat, leeks, and shrimp skins into the bowl

5. Chicken sesame oil, chicken essence, salt. Stir well

6. Warm water and noodles

7. Make a dough and wake up for about 15 minutes

8. Dried dough

9. Wrap the stuffing into dumplings

10. After the water is boiled, put in the dumplings, the dumplings will float, and the belly can be fished

11. Multiply into the plate

Tips:

For scrambled eggs, put more oil, so you don't need to put peanut oil when mixing stuffing.
