Tips:
1. Tofu rolls are rolled from one end to the other just like sushi rolls; apply starch water at the end and lay the end down; just like roll paper, roll to the end and then apply glue; the starch water here is the function of glue;
2. When the bean curd rolls are put in the pot, the closing point should also face down; first fry the closing point, and then turn over and fry after it will not spread;
3. Spicy kelp shreds is the stock that I used to keep. If you soaked seaweed shreds yourself, just do it like bean sprouts;
