Vegetarian Fried Buckwheat Mushroom

1. Wash the fresh mushrooms with flying water.

2. Heat the oil pan, pour the buckwheat heads and stir fry.

3. Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

4. Buckwheat heads should not be fried for too long, the mushrooms have been blanched, so they can be fried for about a minute.

5. Add a little light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste, turn off the heat and serve.
