Vegetarian Fried Buckwheat Mushroom

Wash the fresh mushrooms with flying water.

Heat the oil pan, pour the buckwheat heads and stir fry.

Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Buckwheat heads should not be fried for too long, the mushrooms have been blanched, so they can be fried for about a minute.
5.
Add a little light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste, turn off the heat and serve.
