Vegetarian Fried Carrot and Potato Shreds

After washing the carrots and potatoes, shred them and set aside.

Put the carrots on a plate and set aside.

Wash the potato shreds with clean water and drain the water while frying.
4.
Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat up, stir-fry the carrots and potato shreds to soften.
