[Vegetarian fried crab noodles] is a simulated dish. The main ingredient is mashed potatoes, and a little carrot is added to adjust the color like "crab yellow". When frying, adjust the taste with eggs and shrimp skin powder. Finally, add some "dried radish" to adjust the taste.

Vegetarian Fried Crab Noodles

1. Peel the potatoes, wash and slice
