Vegetarian Fried Five Ding

1. Dice the carrots, blanch them in boiling water, control the water and set aside. Dice water-fat shiitake mushrooms.

2. Dice cucumber and dried tofu.

3. Mince green onion and ginger, peel and dice yam (soak in water).

4. Put oil in the pot, heat up the scallion and ginger and cook in the pot.

5. After the onion and ginger are fragrant, add dried tofu.

6. Add diced shiitake mushrooms.

7. Add yam diced.

8. Add diced carrots.

9. Add cucumber diced, stir fry, add cooking wine, salt, and MSG to taste.

10. Just pour in sesame oil before serving.

Tips:

The yam is easy to change color after peeling, so soak it with water after cutting.
