Vegetarian Fried Gumbo Dried Beans

Wash the carrots, peel them, cut them into slices with a flower knife, and cut the dried tofu into slices.

Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the shallot into pieces.

Wash the okra, blanch the okra in boiling water, and rinse with cold water for later use.

Cut the shower okra obliquely into sections of any size.

Get out of the pot, add oil and pepper, stir fry until fragrant, remove the pepper and discard.

Add the carrots and stir fry for a minute.
7.
Add ginger, garlic and shallots and stir-fry well.
8.
Add dried tofu, salt and chicken powder, stir and stir well.
9.
Add okra and stir-fry well.

Served dishes.
