Vegetarian Fried Houttuynia

Wash the houttuynia cordata and set aside.

Mince the ginger, garlic and chili for use and prepare the chicken fat. Lard can also be used. I happen to have fresh chicken fat at home.

On high heat, put the chicken fat in a pot to melt. After melting, heat it and add the ginger, garlic and chili powder until fragrant. Then add salt and chicken essence, then pour the houttuynia cordata and stir fry. It can be multiplied after changing color
Tips:
Houttuynia cordata is volatile, easy to change color, and should not be fried for a long time.
