Vegetarian Fried Loofah

Wash the loofah and green onions and set aside.

Change the loofah into a block with a knife, and change the onion and garlic into a knife for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the chives and garlic at 50% of the heat.

Bring in the loofah and stir fry quickly, add ginger powder to enhance the flavor, and add a little water.

Tips:
1. Loofah is not easy and is too small and thin, so as not to affect the appearance of water.
