Vegetarian Fried Lotus Root Slices

Prepare ingredients. Slice the lotus root, soak the black fungus first and then blanch, tear off the slices, slice the peppers and green onions.

Heat the pan with cold oil, saute the pepper and green onion slices.

Add lotus root slices and stir fry evenly.
4.
Add shredded chili and stir fry.
5.
Add black fungus.
6.
Season with salt and white vinegar to serve.
