Vegetarian Fried Mung Bean Sprouts

Pour a little olive oil into the hot pan and add the shredded ginger.

Then add the toon that has been washed and cut into small pieces and stir-fried together.

Stir-fry evenly and pour in the picked mung bean sprouts.

Stir-fry for a while.
5.
Add a pinch of salt, pepper, chicken essence, sesame oil and green onion coriander.
6.
Stir fry for a while to turn off the heat and serve.
