Vegetarian Fried Mushrooms

Beat the eggs, wash the mushrooms, and slice them. Onion and carrot slices. Finely chop the shallots.

Pour sunflower oil on the wok, heat it up, scramble the eggs first, then add the vegetables, stir fry, add a little salt and pepper.
3.
Don't fry it too badly. Just cooked.
